The search for service improvement and customer satisfaction drove Chef Fedoca to invest in professional training for his employees by signing them up in an internationally recognized program which trains, evaluates and certifies professionals of the food business to ensure and guarantee healthy food.

On August 27 of 2002, the PONTA DA AREIA MARINA received the SEAL OF PROMISE OF FOOD SAFETY AND HEALTH, from the Hospitality Institute and from the International Food Safety Council (IFSC) after completing successfully the training of its professionals through the SERVSAFE program of Professional Certification on Food Safety and meeting the strict technical criteria of the certifying entities. This seal represents the promise and commitment to follow the adequate food and safety procedures in the food management service. The establishments that hold this seal draw attention by their dedication and by the commitment of their Food and Beverage team.

Always conscious about new and updated cooking techniques as well as having a constant interest in its improvement, the PONTA DA AREIA MARINA- CHEF FEDOCA- has invested once again and obtained, on May 22nd of 2005, the PAS (SAFE FOOD PROGRAM) CERTIFICATE (CERTIFICADO DO PAS – PROGRAMA ALIMENTO SEGURO).

With this certificate, Chef Fedoca has implemented in the restaurant the requirements of Manufacturing Good Practices (Boas Práticas de Fabricação – BPF). This course was organized by Senac/SC and it followed the methodology developed by the PAS (Safe Food Program) Turismo, National Senai and Sebrai, in accordance with the current regulations in the field. Once again, PONTA DA AREIA MARINA – CHEF FEDOCA has shown its commitment to the quality of products and services offered to its clients.
